»How to book?
It is simple; just fill out our price request form. Please fill all the details if possible. This is very important for us to serve you better. When we receive your message, we will prepare an offer for your review with all details. You need to reply this e-mail if you decide to reserve. Right after your reply we will check the availability of your desired services. If all available; we will complete your bookings and send you a confirmation. A credit card authorization form will be attached to your confirmation for your payment
»How many days in advance we should book?
We advice you to make your reservations as early as possible to find an available accommodation and tee-off times. (We only have 7 courses at the moment and they are usually very busy at the golf season.)
You will need to send your credit card authorization form to us by fax. (Please send your credit card authorization form by fax. E - Mail is not secure. Our fax number is 0090 242 312 36 46) Our advice is to secure your reservation as early as possible. (
»What happens if I cancel?
Actually we will tell you when we will debit your credit card on your confirmation letter. And we debit your credit card earliest on that date. (This is the same deadline that hotels and golf clubs apply to us.) You can cancel or change your reservation until that date without any obligation. But if you did not inform us about cancellation up to that date we keep right to charge total cost of your reservations.
»How will we meet?
If you have already reserved your airport transfers with us , you will see one of us waiting for you just outside of the arrivals gate with a board with a Bilyana Golf logo on. He will make your transfer to your hotel and he will supply all vouchers and necessary information at the time of transfer. If you do not have airport transfers we will send your vouchers with an e-mail.»
- Yuo can directly contact us. We start collecting the best alternatives on behalf of you with no charges. As soon as you make your decision, we simply book your flight upon getting your credit card details.

»What is included in the price?
We design our packages as you wish. So you are the one to decide what to include. We always supply you packages with detailed rate information so you can easily examine and design your own packages.
»Do we have to buy the package or can we request only one of your services?
You can request any of our services separately. For example you can request tee-times only, or Airport Transfers only etc. If you already have your package from some other company and if you need to add some more services that they can not handle; we are ready here to fill the blanks in your vacation plan.
»Which payment types do you accept?
We accept cash in all European currencies and US$, Visa , Master card, and bank transfers as payment. »
Actually we have to charge your credit cards in Turkish Lira. We use the exchange rate of International Exchange Converter by Turkish Central Bank
